Faculdade Sumaré, also known as Centro Universitário Sumaré, had its foundation in the early 2000s, having been created with the objective of offering quality undergraduate courses and with several different options to cover all tastes.

Faculdade Sumaré has twelve units throughout the city of São Paulo, being present in different neighborhoods of the most populous city in Brazil, precisely so that students can choose the one closest to home or their place of work to facilitate access.
Among them are the Tatuapé I and II Units, Santo Amaro, Santana, São Mateus, Bom Retiro, Belém, Tucuruvi, Campo Limpo, Itaquera, Sapopemba and, of course, the Sumaré Unit.
These last two are the extremes of Faculdade Sumaré, since the Sapopemba unit is the most recent, created in 2020, and Sumaré was the first physical space, created in 2000.
